There were two sections in the written test – Analytical and Technical.
1. Analyical + Non-verbal
Non verbal, quantitative and aptitude questions were there. From rs aggarwal.
2. Technical Questions: Mainly from C / C++ computer programming languages (Important Topics: pointers, oops concepts, program outputs) The results for the paper were announced in 30 minutes. There was automatic / computerised checking of booklets.
First they will conduct aptitude and for those shortlisted there is technical aptitude part. Results are there in 30 minutes. Next was the technical HR interview. There were 2 rounds in technical HR and only 2 candidates were selected.
Interview Questions were:
Tell me about yourself. Saw my resume and asked questions related to my favorite and area of interests.
Scheduling algorithm with examples and some concepts, system software.
Following programs were asked in aditi interview:
1. Write a program for deleting a node in Doubly Linked list .
2. Write a program for implementing binary search tree.
3. Tree traversal Algorithms.
Questions from data structures
After these he started asking puzzles. Asked me 6 and sometimes gave me hints too. See shakuntla devi book for puzzles practise. Then was the 2nd technical hr interview for those who cleared the first one.
It was a quick one. He asked some C programs, then the HR questions. About myself, family background, my strengths and weaknesses. Thank god I got selected.
