Cadence India currently in 2008 has an employee strength of 900. It has two major facilities in Noida and Bangalore. Its offices in India are currenlty in Bangalore and Secunderabad in AP.
The Cadence latest Test selection process / Paper Pattern is as follows:
Aptitude Test: 100 questions 25 minutes.
No negative marking is there.
All simple questions but the condition is you have to answer all with in time. So try to answer all questions.
Technical Written Test:
This contains 70 multiple choice MCQ / objective questions and time allowed is 40 minutes.
Areas covered are networks, OS, RDBMS(more questions), C Applications(5 questons), Some electronics engineering questions.
Group Discussion / GD:
Here they selected 10 members for GD out of 22 members who took the Technical test.
It is not like usual GD . All ten are to speak for 1 minute about the given topic. After the GD, there was Technical interview (about 45 minutes) and then HR interview (45 minutes)
Its easy to get selected in CSC if you handle the situation neatly. They are looking for academically strong candidates.
