Dont tell a real weakness. Project your strength as your weakness. They want to know whether any of your bad qualities can be bad for the company ( I get frustrated very easily. I push my teammates to do work fast. But as everyone’s speed is different so i should give them work accordingly)
Why should we hire you?
Just say something to show you are a leader, have team spirit, etc. Talk about organising some college event, sports, projects, etc. But be confident and ready to answer their questions regarding your quality.
