This Covansys placement exam was held on 2nd December 2006 at MEPZ Chennai

Here are the sections and hr technical interview questions of the placement test.

Aptitude Section:

It consists of three sections:

1.Critical reasoning

There were questions like p,q,r,s,t,u,v are staffs and B,C,D should select staffs. Some conditions are provided. If you have referred Barons GRE, then its no problem. These are not tough. 

2. General Aptitude General

 Books: RS Aggarwal verbal and non verbal plus little GRE mathematics, tactics

   Questions like 1,2,3,4..99  what is the 100th digit

3. Technical Questions: easy basic computers questions 

The next round is HR and technical combined interview:

Tell me about yourself starting from your personal profile.

What are your positives and negatives

Then some technical questions from c++ and java languages were asked.

Final year project / training related questions – about my project, number of members (convince him that you were the team leader for the project), computer languages used if any, other questions..
