Dell India Pattern:
The various Dell rounds are:
1. Personal Introduction and Topic round
2. Hr Interview Round
3. Voice Accent Testing round
4. Operational Manager round
5. Hr round (Reg sal and etc)
1. Personal Introduction and Topic round:
Quite easy. Just ask you questions about you, something about family, etc. Asked to speak on a topic for 1 minute.
2. HR Interview Round Questions:
a) Tell me something about yourself?
b) What do u know about Dell?
c) Why do u want to join Dell?
d) R u ready to sign a bond with us?
e) What are your strenghts and weakness?
f) What is BPO?
3) Dell Voice Accent Round
In the voice asscent round you have to speak with someone from Dell. He will ask you easy questions. He’ll ask you to introduce yourself in a friendly manner and give you a topic to speak about.
At last he will ask some Sentence completion questions like
a. if it rains ——————-
b. in summer ————-—
c. if i cooks —————–
d. if i don’t cook ———-
e. i love ———————-–
f. no one ———————
g. etc
