The interview is quit simple. They only focus more on your stability and consistence.
1st round is simple introduction round where they check ur communication skills.
2nd round written test. One test is of English and other one has 10 questions related to computer hardware. The questions are quite simple.
3rd round is the first HR session. Why you want to join, about family and other HR interview questions.

4th round is telephonic interview. They check voice quality and ask questions to test your voice and thinking ability. Like Why should we hire you? Are you sure you wanna join only Dell? etc. etc.
5th round is operations round. There are questions about basic computer terminology. Even if you dont know much, you should be confident and show willingness to learn.
They do provide training to help you learn after hiring you.
6th round is typing round. They just check your typing speed by making you type some document. Download some free typing tutor softwares for practise or just practise typing.
7th round is the second HR round where you are offered the offer letter.
