Robert Bosch Placement Test paper
The Robert Bosch is German MNC.
The pattern i am showing is for Computer science engineering CSE students only. The set for Mechanical engineering B.tech students was different.
Section 1:
This section had only technical questions. They were mainly from Pointers in C, C++, Data Structures and some questions on OS, DBMS. This section also had lots of question on bit conversions (HEX to Binary, decimal) and one question on finding 2’s compliment and such others. There were some TRUE/FALSE statement questions. Mathematical questions like calculate square root, cube root of a number were also included. You must have your technical basics clear.
The questions were objective type with four options. Each correct answer carries 2 marks and there is a negative marking of 1 mark for each wrong one. So you have to answer only when you are sure of the answer.
Section 2:
This section was about General English Language questions. Grammar questions were there.
There was a paragraph with some blanks in between. So we had to find the appropriate words to fill in, from the given options. Other types of questions were comprehension, synonyms, proverbs type question and others. Just like the English section of other placement papers of MNCs.
Each correct answer carries 1 mark and there is a negative mark of 0.5.
The English section was not tough if you have prepared well and have studied the previous english papers.
