I am providing almost Full Placement Paper – whole test paper. The type of written test questions, group disucssion topics and the hr interview questions asked by them.
1) If a boy goes at 15kmph and returns back at 20kmph. What is his average speed? just 2x15x20/(20+15).
2) A pyramid Question just adding two down numbers with the top one
3) A Q like: What is angle between the hands when time is… ans 160min
4) Reasoning question which is not seen but tough
5) A probability one: When a die and coin tossed what is the probability of getting a head and 6 on top.
6) Series question 2, 4, 6, 5,?, 9, 8, 10, 12 ans 7.
7) Another question on reasoning like farmers growing crops and govt.’s subsidies for that just we have obtain the INFERENCE of the Para easy one.
A PUzzle from R.S.Aggarwal non verbal reasoning: just by drawing table u can find the answer.
9) Pie diagram showing a states growth in different categories and a question related to a particular category.
10) Routine question if 0 replaced by 1 and vice versa then what is sum of two numbers 0101010 = 1010101 = 85
11) Question on reasoning related to figures to find the fourth successive figure using first three given ones. easy
12) Problem on multiplication a bit logical
I can remember only these questions. About 650 were cleared in the written test. They divided the students into batches of 65 each. I had my GD on the next day.
Day 2: 10th Feb 07.
Satyam GD: My topic is “CAPITAL PUNISHMENT”
I supported the topic. We were given like 2 minutes to think about it. The other topics i heard they were asking:
1. Solution to terrorism in india.
2. Role of youth in reducing corruption.
3. Illiteracy and unemployment go hand in hand.
4. Should education be necessary to enter politics.
5. Brain drain
6. Print media vs electronic media.
7. Do women make better employees?
8. Sports persons. Are they on an endorsement spree?
That was the GD and only two were selected. There were some batches from which not even one was selected. You dont have to be aggressive. Then after a lot of waiting comes the HR interview:

Me: May i come in sir.
Hr: Please come in take ur seat
Me: Thank you sir.
Hr: Well you are from eee
Me: yes sir
Hr: so why did u choose software?
Me: i was puzzled but gave an answer. he was satisfied.
Hr: About your project?
Me: Just be prepared fully about your project. Its the main question where you have to score points.
Hr: Any exra curricular activities?
Me: Told about that. About a competition, NCC, organising events, etc.
Hr: Why should i hire u?
Me: Told about my strengths. Be ready to give examples of any strength if he asks you.
Hr: Any questions you may ask
Hr: please wait for the result and congratulated me.
