Here is the Birlasoft placement paper held at rits college Indore, Maharashtra

The Birlasoft Placement Paper consisted of the following parts:

1. Written Test

2. GD - Group Discussion Round

3. HR Interview / Technical

The written multiple choice test had 3 sections - technical, aptitude and verbal part.

The Technical section questions were like - convert a decimal no. into octal and hexadecimal , some questions on dbms ,datacomm, C and C++ also java 2

Maths part was again very easy RS Agarwal type (mixtures, profit-loss, time and distance, etc) English part was very easy/

Next was the GD, some topics were

1.1 billon people and few gold medals

Next day was the interview, the questions by the two interviewers were:

1. Tell me something about you  

2. Why IT?

3. Simple technical questions

4. He told me to speak on "If I were Railway Minister"

5. Dream company 

6. Are you free to move anywhere?
