I-flex came to SKIT Jaipur campus on May 1, 2007 for placements.
There was three rounds in selection process:

1. Aptitude Test(multiple choice questions)

2. Technical interview

3. HR interview

1. The aptitude was of 60 minutes with 50 questions to solve.
There was one mark for the correct one & -0.25 for wrong one.
The cutoff was about 39 marks.
Only 95 were selected out of 1500 students.

The whole paper was divided in five sections but there is no sectional cutoff.

First section was of English & passage like easy stuff.

Second section was of graphs & pie chart which is only section that was little bit complex.

Third section was of data sufficiency questions.

Fourth i-flex paper section was mathematical & easy

Fifth section was of LR & one question on puzzle.

2. The short listed candidates then underwent the Technical interview.
My technical interview was for about 35 minutes.
They asked me about my C Language, C++ basic easy questions.
Then a lot of questions from DBMS – database management sytems.
Some questions from Java also. (As I am a CS – computer science student)
For non CS student they just ask C language & one subject of your choice.
Out of 95 students only 52 passed the I-flex Technical Interview.

3. Next was the HR interview round. It lasted for only 4-5 minutes
The questions were :-
Family background
Future plan
Last interview faced
What you do in free time? (be careful about your hobbies. They ask a lot about that)

Finally, out of 1500 appeared, 95 cleared aptitude and 52 cleared in technical interview. Finally 41 candidates were selected.
