Here is the I-FLEX Placement Paper held on 21st August 2006 at BMS College of engineering, Bangalore, Karnataka.

I-flex has 3 rounds:

1] Written Test (multiple choice / objective type)

2] Tech + HR interview

3] HR interview

written test was divided into 5 sections, total 50 marks

NOTE:- There was negative marking of 0.25 for each wrong answer

All 5 sections were mixed with verbal, logical reasoning, aptitude..

The pattern which we had was as follows:

WRITTEN TEST:-

Q1-3] 3 Q’s on analogy

eg:,Rain:patter

(a)door:bang (b)birds:flight

(c)animal:graze (d)men:walk

ans:a

4] synonyms

5] fill in the blank

6-10] 1 passage (easy one),And 5 Q’s regarding that..

11-14] Alphabet series 4 Q

eg;1} ABD,DGK,HMS,MTB,SBL,?

15] 1 Question about graph & equations

eg: A student got thrice as many sums wrong as he got right.if he attempted 50 sums in all,how many did he solve correctly?

24-25] Data sufficiency 2

26] number series 1

And remaining i dont remember exactly, some Q’s as usual from aptitude on;

I-flex Solutions TECHNICAL+HR Interview:-

Questions on C Language, puzzles in between, about other subjects related to your branch, (as i was from Industrial engineering branch,they asked about MIS, simulation..)

and other as usual HR Questions:

It took 30 minutes.

HR interview:-

This round was just for 7 minutes.

Finally: 200 took the test from 2 colleges, 23 cleared written, finally 8 got selected including me.
