Here is the placement paper pattern:
Total number of questions was 60 and the time allowed is one hour.
The first 6 questions are from the C programming language. (basics of c language)
The next set was from microprocessors – electronics / IT / computer science engineering subject (8085 – around 10 questions)
Then the major part was from R S Agarwal book. Around 35 to 40 questions were there.
Logical reasoning and verbal – 10 questions
The cut off was about 50%
From 2500 students they shortlisted around 441 students
Next was the GD round. There were 14 students in a panel
142 students were shortlisted after the GD Round.
Next was the technical / tech hr interview round. Also includes in itself the Personal interview. After all the 50 students were finally selected. I hope the Polaris software India’s selection procedure is clear now. Good luck friends.. see you at polaris.
