Written Paper Pattern:
DBMS(basics), Unix OS basics, reasoning and basic Quantaitive aptitiude (Minimum Pass percentage 50 % in our batch

Phase 2: GD or Group Discussion
They tell you first about the company. You should go through the company’s website. The topic for us was Who is responsible for BUG in Software?

Technical Interview Round:
They will concentrate on DBMS, Unix and C language. Go through the basics of these computer science / IT topics and prepare for these.

First HR :
Questions of all types are asked. Why u want to join ST Microelectronics? Name the best company with which you want to work? Plus more questions about yourself.

Phase 5 – Second HR Interview:
This the second hr interview round of st microelectronics. Its a tough round. The interviewer is the most senior one. A lot of questions will be asked. You may make a mistake but be consistent in your performance and replies. Its tough to crack the whole placement process.

There may be one or two rounds after that. Please be cool and patient. Good luck..
