I took the interview for sutherland india call centre. They test your english skills. First they had a listening test in which they test your english speaking skills as you have to answer questions. After that there was a technical / tech interview. You should have hardware related knowledge and Operating System OS knowledge is the most necessary. You should know about OS Troubleshooting. See the technical questions about Windows 2000 and Windows XP before the sutherland tech interview. Also if you have little bit networking related knowledge, then its good for tech support staff.
