Here is the Tech Mahindra Placement Exam test held on 12th February 2007 at Jawaharlal Nehru Engineering College Aurangabad, Maharashtra.
Its reporting time is sharp 9:00. First there was the paper presentation – ppt as in all placement tests.
Aptitude Test - five sections:
1) Logical section
2) Quantitative section
3) English section
4) English section
5) English section
I heard that the questions in english part were from Wren and Martin and a few from Barrons. The quantitative were from R S Aggrawal Quantitative and the logical were from R S Aggrawal verbal and non verbal. The time allowed was 60 minutes for 80 questions.
The written multiple choice aptitude and english test was online - computer based test.
The result was declared in 15 minutes.
Technical Interview Questions:
Introduce yourself.
What are your subjects of interest?
C, C++ questions – program, pointers problem, stack, etc.
Then the computer science engineering subjects questions from networking,operating systems, graphics, database, image processing, etc. The interview lasted for 45 minutes.
After that i was sent for a simple HR Interview. Questions asked were like problems regarding relocation, if i had any questions. Finally i was selected in the result. Good luck friends for your paper.
