Here is the Tech Mahindra 4th November year 2006 Placement Test Paper Pattern held at Pune at MBT Campus: (Company Campus recruitment / job test only for references based candidates)

 The recruitment drive was purely an employee reference based. After checking all the required documents  they will issue an identity card and the answer sheet.

 

Question paper:

 

There were 5 sets. Each set comprising of 5 sections.

 

Section 1: Prepositions and tenses. Total 10 questions

 

1)We have to fill the suitable prepositions in the sentences given.

2)There were some questions on tenses.

 

Section 2: 15 questions

1) Missing numbers and characters(Time taking)

2) Problems on series

 

Section 3: Passage. 10 questions.(easy)

 

Section 4:Quantitative Questions Part: 20 questions

The quantitative section consists of questions on ages, pipes, percentages, ratios, averages and fractions.

There were few data sufficiency questions also.

 

Section 5: Analytical reasoning. 20 questions

1) Odd one out.

2) Few simple puzzles.

 

Sectional cutoff is there and the minimum marks needed to qualify is 38 or 40.

The test duration was 60 minutes. Time is short. There is no negative marking so attempt all at the end.
