Note: If you have any gaps in employment history, you should be prepared to explain about them.

When has there been a time you did not like a rule, did you follow it, and why are rules important?

Important questions are like, how do you deal with a hostile employee, how do you handle problems with a co-worker, what if you didn’t like what your boss said, certain situational questions, a rule which you didn’t like but had to agree with it, etc.

Name a situation when you had to meet a deadline? How did you manage it?

An instance when you had to take a shortcut, the reason for it & why did you decide to take a shortcut, etc.
