You need a house? Oh yes, I know you do. But I also need a house too and don’t have 100% of the money to buy or build one. But I can bet that you and I can improve our chances on how easy we can get the banks to give us the funds for getting a roof over the heads of our families. Not like I don’t have a house at the moment but it isn’t mine.
Let’s get down to business… So how do you and I achieve our goals? We got our credit profile, but what’s your score? Well, I don’t know about you at the moment but mine’s 600 and I found out that for me to get the best terms on a mortgage loan, I need to up that figure by at least 40 points.
There is an unwritten rule and seeming agreement among mortgage lenders now that consumers with files showing a figure of 680 will get the best deal from them.
If your score is around the same as mine, I guess we have a few tasks to do to up our figures. If not, you still have some work to do, except yours is 730 or above which would make me say to you: “Good job You’re one hell of a disciplined credit genius…”
I’ll suggest that we should challenge every negative listing on our files so long as we are sure that it is either incorrect or has exceeded its time limit. But who knows, we can still get rid of them if the bureaus can’t confirm them after 30 days. I bet I’ll try that one.
But again, I’ll love to handle it myself but not too sure if I’ll have the time to do so. I guess that I might have to opt for a repair agency to remove the negatives from my report.
