With the convenience and no-cost and low-cost methods of communication popping up, with email, blackberry and other ways to send messages, it seems that everyone has forgotten that the very best, most secure and effective way to make complaints, send communications or contact someone is through the US mail or foreign mail services.
Yahoo and Microsoft, and other internet service providers receive thousands of complaints and letters each week or month, but in contrast , they receive very few snail-mail letters. Why is this? People do not take the time to mail letters anymore; but more than that it appears that it is almost impossible to obtain the mail addresses of some large corporations.
